Greenstock Nurseries move into Ozbreed Queensland

A year ago Greenstock Nurseries merged two prominent businesses (Greenthumb and Stockade Nurseries) and became the largest nursery in South East Queensland.  The merger gave us the opportunity to offer our clients an enormous range of plants and services.  Now, with the addition of the full Ozbreed and Foliage First ranges; Agapanthus ‘Queen Mum’; Advanced Trees and Hardy Shrubs and Exotics, we have an even larger range of plants and services we can provide. 

Our focus will be on providing quality Ozbreed plants that suit Queensland conditions.  At Greenstock we supply Landscape Architects, Developers, Contractors, Councils and Governments. A large part of our promotion will be in working closely with our clients in understanding their requirements and providing them with the right plants for the job. Greenstock is confident this approach will increase the demand for Ozbreed plants in Queensland.  Like Ozbreed, Greenstock has had along association in the landscape industry and has developed a good knowledge of which plants work in Queensland. 

The strong performers are Little Jess, Tropic Belle, Katie Belles, Wingarra, and King Alfred.  We are trialling some of the newer varieties that are believed to suit our Queensland environment, these include; Lomandra Shara, Dianella Aranda, Liriope Just Right, Liriope Amethyst, Liriope Isabella and Pennisetum Penstripe.

Our main sales office is located at our Griffin site in Queensland. We organise everything for you from the original quotation to the final delivery of the stock.  We
provide our clients with a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ reassuring them they are getting
a true Ozbreed product. 

Greenstock Nurseries hold a current Certificate of Accreditation as well as Certificate of Area Freedom for Red Imported Fire Ants.  We are long term members of the Nursery Industry Association and the Queensland Association of Landscape Industries.

Ozbreed has introduced a ‘revolution’ in the native grasses market with plants that are the most adaptable to the Australian drought landscape and lifestyle.
