Description: Thin Red™ Photinia is a narrow hedging plant with beautiful red new growth foliage. Displays of small white flowers can be seen in mid to late spring.
Size: 3-4m high x 60cm wide.
Planting Density: 1 plant per m², 2 plants per linear metre for screening.
Uses: As a screen or hedge. Perfect for narrow spaces, or where more space is desired for recreation.
Position: Full sun to part shade. Works with most soil types.
Care: Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden (chunky mulch is recommended).
Fertilise yearly with slow release fertiliser. Prune yearly, or twice per year for a more tidy hedge.
Where it works: South QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS, SA & WA.
