NARINGA™ is the best hedging form of Westringia

NARINGAWestringia hybrid ‘WES01’

Naringa™ Westringia is the best hedging form of Westringia because it keeps its form even after years of growth. It flowers profusely with lots of mauve coloured flowers in spring and regularly at other times.

It grows to 2m high (1m with pruning) with a 500-600mm spread.

Great as a tidy hedging or specimen plant.

Mauve flowers from Sept – May

Best Planting Time
March – November

Full sun to part shade. Drought & cold tolerant. Soil Type Sandy to well drained clay soils. Naringa™ Westringia performs very well in a landscape setting.

Do not use Naringa™ Westringia in heavy clay soils in depressed areas where it will be sitting in water, it can cause fungal problems. This plant isn’t recommended for rain gardens.

Prune to shape as required. Naringa™ Westringia needs pruning half as much as other Westringias and not at all in a natural setting. Sandy to well drained clay soils suit Naringa™ Westringia.
