Description: Trixibelle™ Correa is a vigorous growing ground cover that is highly suited to landscapes due to its weed suppressing capabilties. It is a fast growing, low spreading form for the southern states of Australia.
Size: 50cm high x 2m wide (smaller with pruning).
Planting Density: 1-3 plants per m², 1-3 plants per linear metre.
Uses: Good as a mass planting ground cover on large commercial developments and as a winter flowering feature plant for gardens.
Position: Full sun to light shade. Prefers reasonably drained soil, however it is adaptable to most soil types. Tolerates drought and frost.
Care: Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden (chunky mulch is recommended). Low water requirements once established. Prune once a year to maintain compact habit or twice a year for a really tidy appearance. Fertilise with slow release native fertiliser.
Where it works: VIC, ACT, SA, WA, TAS, Southern NSW and Sydney (in good draining soils).
