Little Jess™ Dianella caerulea ‘DCMP01’ PBR is one of the most popular landscape plants of all time, but plant breeding techniques have come a long way in recent years. We’ve improved this plant’s tolerances to frost, flooding, container growing, and its cutback performance, enough to warrant replacing it with a stronger cultivar.

• • • Size: 450 mm high x 450 mm wide
    • Planting Density: 3-8 plants per m², 2-3 plants per linear metre.
      
    • Uses: Native Australian landscapes, biodiversity support, mass/mixed plantings for commercial and residential use.
    • Species: Dianella caerulea
    • Position: Full sun to part shade. Tolerates periodic flooding, drought, humidity and frost. Sandy to heavy clay soils.
    • Care: Water well during establishment, feed in spring with organics and regular NPK fertilisers. Every 2-8 years cut back half the height (will look better with pruning every 2-3 years for gardens, 4-8 years for roadsides).
