Ozbreed Pty Ltd will endeavour to respond to your order request within seven (7) business days. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to be sent via Australia Post
Cancellations will be accepted prior to an order being shipped. A full refund can be given, but if the order has already been dispatched, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or if you have paid through PayPal. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately process a refund / credit to your credit card. If you have paid through PayPal and your order is cancelled, we will issue you refund through PayPal immediately.
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for an undamaged product.
Orders will not be sent until a payment is made.
