Description: This healthy herb has bold flavours with gusto, and a hint of spicy Italian, making it ideal for a wide range of dishes.

The leaves are generally larger than other Greek Basil, so it’s easier to harvest and prepare.

Size: 35-45cm H x 40cm W

Planting Density: Plant 30-40cm apart in full sun to part shade in spring/summer (possibly early autumn).

Uses: The bold flavours of Gusto™ Basil really open the door for creative cooking.

Its hint of Italian flavour makes it great for Italian dishes, but its Greek heritage makes it great for all Mediterranean cooking.

Care: Keep soil moist, avoid over watering or waterlogged conditions.

In spring, use a slow release fertiliser and/or incorporate compost into the soil. Avoid over fertilising.
