Description: This herb has a stronger, traditional Greek flavour.

Unlike some strong Oregano that have a medicinal taste, Ozsuperb™ has a true culinary flavour that will be consistent throughout your cooking.

Size: 20-30cm H x 30-40cm W

Planting Density: Plant 30cm apart year round in full sun to light shade (best in spring/summer to early autumn). It prefers well drained soil. Avoid wet feet.

Uses: Ozsuperb™ Oregano is recommended for cooked dishes due to its strong flavour.

Once cooked it is healthy and full flavoured with flavours previously only available from mature, wild grown Mediterranean herbs.

Care: Water as required, allowing soil to dry out between watering. Avoid over watering, particularly in winter.

In spring and autumn if required, use a slow release fertiliser and/or incorporate compost into the soil.
