Description: A very strong flavoured Oregano, Simply Zesty™ is a real breakthrough in herb breeding.

Taste tests have revealed different tonal flavours, from peppery, to minty, to citrus.

Size: 25-35cm H x 30-40cm W

Planting Density: Best planted 30cm apart in spring, summer and early autumn.

With a vibrant, mid-green colour, it goes to flower much later than seed grown types, meaning a longer harvest.

Uses: Recommended for cooked dishes due to its strong flavour. Great in pasta and stews, on meats, potatoes, pizza and more.

Care: Water as required, allowing soil to dry out between watering (avoid wet feet).

In spring and autumn use a slow release fertiliser (if required) and/or incorporate compost into the soil.

If heavily harvested, apply a light application of quick release.
